Finished in September 2023, this new build is more than just another project - it’s Allison Ducharme’s own home.
With the opportunity to design from the ground up, she shaped the space into something light, fresh, and modern. Neutrals set the tone, layered with textures and just the right pops of color to keep things interesting. The result is a home that feels both welcoming and stylish, with soft hues and clean lines creating an airy, comfortable vibe.
The neutral base ties everything together, while the mix of materials, colors and accents adds depth and personality to each room. It’s a space that feels lived-in yet elevated - a true reflection of Allison’s style.
