The Design Process

I’m working on a very large commercial design project with multiple color schemes! I was asked to design 4 floors, which include lounges and game parlors.

This one will be installing in Oct/Nov 2019.

Can’t wait to show you more!

Curated Model Accessories

One reason why I love taking on projects where I focus more on accessorizing model apartments, is that I get to hand pick accessories that I find to be beautiful and know they will add a little extra something special to the room!

Here are a few examples:

Tub to Shower Conversion

Here’s my client’s master bathroom in Concord, MA where I converted their shower/tub combo to a sleek and luxurious walk-in shower.

The porcelain tile I selected has the appearance of a calcutta marble, and I fell in love with this tile as it has a neutral and timeless look, but is also is elegant and traditional to fit their personal style.

Now they have an updated bathroom that is also more practical and of course, looks fabulous!

Happy New Year!

As 2018 comes to an end, I am reflecting on all of the projects and homes I had the opportunity to conquer. From accessories to complete redesigns, I have been fortunate to step out of my comfort zone and grow, learn, adapt, and most importantly...shine.

As 2019 is right around the corner, I am excited about what new opportunities and challenges are in store for me and I’m even more excited about showing all of you what is in store.

“Thank You” 2018 and “Bring On” 2019!

Custom Succulents

I created these custom faux floral arrangements, using a variety of succulents and added a pop of color to compliment the color schemes in an upcoming property in Southern California!

I’ll be heading there in a few weeks to do the installation! More photos to come

Family Room Design - Andover, MA

This week I am working on two color concepts for a family room project in Andover, MA.

Also included in the re-design is a new fireplace design, custom built-ins and added lighting.

This will be quite the transformation!

Thanksgiving Decor & Tablescape

I created a warm yet polished, and welcoming yet stylish setting as I prepared my house to host Thanksgiving.

Styling my dinner table was something I took my time on with collecting and buying items so that I was able to slowly build my vision and color scheme. I instantly fell in love with cb2’s table runner (https://www.cb2.com/regal-monkeys-table-runner/f17660) and used that as my muse. I then accessorized with simple mustard cloth napkins, spray painted gold and silver pumpkins and leaves, and teal vases with flowers in corresponding colors from the table runner to wrap the entire look together.

Design Show in the Concrete Jungle

I attended the Boutique Design Show in NYC over the weekend, which is a trade show held for designers to experience first-hand what all of the upcoming trends will be relating to furniture, fabrics, finishes, décor, and more!

It was very inspiring to see works of art across multiple products and finishes, such as stone tiles and wood and how both can be used in unique and innovative ways…all of which I look forward to incorporating these new concepts into 2019 projects.

I also discovered a unique softgoods company, which I have been looking for, so I can further expand my options to clients. More bedding, drapery and pillow options are here!
